Energy doesn't disappear all at once. It slips away while we're busy being capable.
For years, I thought low energy was something I could push past but I learned it rarely disappears all at once. No, our energy reserve slips away quietly while busy being capable; and when it shuts off, we don’t just feel tired — we feel less alive, confident, and motivated. Let's Move!
We need our mobility, let's make it fun
Movement is more than exercise. As we age, it becomes a way to stay steady, and connected to the life we still want to live. I bring functional movement into my programs in a way that's fun. I believe we are capable of doing all of those things that brought us joy in our younger years and nothing should stop us from doing some of the things we love. Walking, running, dance, lifting, jumping, whatever you miss, I will help you bring a little of it back.
Think less!
We need our mobility, let's make it fun
Mental and emotional energy shape the way we move through our days. Here, we'll notice what’s working, release what’s weighing us down, and stay curious about what might be next. Through relatable group discussions, case studies and real life examples, we'll sharpen our saw; The flavor is light, yet meaningful, with helpful takeaways.
Look Up!
With all that's happening in our world, I don't know anyone who isn't giving thought to their faith. As for me, I'm a Christian, perhaps it's something else for you. What I know is that when times are tough, my faith is what I lean on. Our need to hold space for conversations that ground us in common values and ideals is important, and often a drain on our energy that goes unrealized. This portion of my program is consistently the most valued by clients; taught from the heart with respect, it offers a container to explore how our spiritual energy needs our attention too.
